2021 we found the van in Texas.   The original owner sold it, hoping someone would restore it.  One of those cases where it was just 'meant to be'.  I had been in the mood to get another Greenbrier and for it to be one with the camper package.  The tired 110hp engine, transmission and differential were removed and totally rebuilt.
The camper package wasn't the GM package but an after market.  After close inspection there were issues with rot.  The package was removed and a friend has taken it to a carpenter so he can make cad drawings so others are able to replicate the unit.
These camping units are heavy.  We made the decision to not put it back, as 1964 Greenbriers are worth more (in our opinion)  It has turned out gorgeous and runs fabulous
