This exceptional car came from Texas. The previous owner was a former Braniff aircraft mechanic and long time Corvair enthusiast. A former senior division car, the car sat for a couple of years after the owner passed. It was no large task to get it up and running as it should. Probably the nicest running, best handling early models we've ever experienced. Enhanced with authentic Kelsey Hayes wheels, reconditioned at Dayton, the car is a jaw dropper and worthy of every "thumbs up" it gets.
Has no difficulty getting up to highway speeds and feeling secure doing so, we are looking forward to the cruising season with this one.
