1966 is the 2nd year for the late model 4 door. The hardtop-without a post is the only compact 4 door hardtop made by any car company. The lines are actually more balanced than the coupe with its very thin "C" pillar, making this a really unique body style.
John has always been a fan of these, and we're happy that they're finally earning the respect they deserve.
This particular one is VERY nicely done. 110hp 2 speed powerglide, it's a snappy driver. Dual exhaust gives it just a little bit of a 'tough' sound. So that, with the tinted windows and pinstripe, make it a really sharp example of Corvair's late model 4 door.
